THE PROFESSIONAL AREA gives access to the company's e-shop website and is reserved exclusively for professionals who wish to distribute the products of PALME brand.
You must provide an intracommunity VAT number or a SIRET number when you register.
If you are already a PALME brand reseller, you can log in to the Professional Area using your email address as your username and your client number as your password. It is strongly recommended that you change your password after your first login.
If you are not yet a PALME reseller and would like to become one to access our e-shop website, click on Professional Area and complete the registration form. You will receive your login and password once your application has been validated by the company.
You can then discover our collection and place an order.

All items on the site are available for sale.
Some are in stock and deliverable immediately; some others are arriving and will be deliverable within 30 days. You will find this information in each product description sheet.
In the event that one of the ordered items is no longer available (due to an inventory problem), PALME undertakes to inform the user and to find a replacement or refund solution.

The selling prices indicated on the e-shop are in euros, excluding VAT and excluding delivery costs.
When you submit an order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by email.
Once your order is processed you will receive a pro-forma invoice, after verifying the availability of the products and calculating the shipping costs.

You can also pay your bill directly to our wholesale store located at 167 rue du Temple - 75003 Paris
PALME remains free not to cash a payment or not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever.


Your order will be sent to you upon receipt of your payment.
We work with many carriers company (TNT, DHL, La Poste, CHRONOPOST ...) with whom we have preferential rates.
We deliver in France and around the world.

We are committed to selecting the most appropriate and economical carrier for each shipment according to your needs and geographical conditions.
No free of charge will be applied.

Shipping cost

Delivery charges are based on exact weight and quantity of items to be shipped.
They are indicated at the bottom of your invoice.

As soon as your order has been sent you will be informed by the carrier by e-mail and will be able to follow your order with a tracking number.

If you have not received the package within the specified time, an investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days.

By registering on our Site, you agree to provide us with true information about you.
The information you provide to us are essential for processing and shipping orders as well as for invoicing.
You can change this data at any time in the "my account" section.

Payments are not made online so no banking information will be asked on ESHOP PALME websites.
You can also easily unsubscribe from our email campaigns by clicking on the link at the bottom of the mailing "unsubscribe".


To close your account please contact our customer service to make the request

Once your account closed you will not have access to:
- All the ESHOP PALME websites Summer and Winter
- Your customer account
- The history of your orders
- The ability to return or obtain order refunds for which the account is closed
If you simply want to change an email address, a billing address and / or delivery it is not necessary to close your account.
